Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 42700 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 42700 users must comply with the platform's established rules of use. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing any third party to use your account.

- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credit balance, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 42700 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or eWallet details are accurate and belong to themselves. 42700 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information.
Minimum deposits are subject to limits set by the platform for each available payment method. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and are subject to any compliance checks that may be required. 42700 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if suspicious activity or a breach of terms is detected.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 42700 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
